A BEAUTY fan has given others a glimpse into her routine for flawless skin.
She said that her anti-aging regimen works so well, people think she’s a decade younger than her years.

Tiffany (@tiffanycglow) shared her methods in a viral video on TikTok.
She gave a step-by-step tutorial on how to keep her skin in check and look way more youthful.
Clearly her methods work because people guess her age to be 10 years younger than her years.
She honed in on her nighttime routine so others can get in on her skincare secrets.
SKIN CYCLING
Tiffany said she follows a “skin cycling routine” to keep her complexion in check.
This means she alternates the types of products she uses in order to achieve optimal results.
She exfoliates on the first day, uses retinol for the next two days, lets her face recover for the following two days, and repeats the process.
For exfoliation, she uses chemical exfoliators followed up by a moisturizer.
She also had a recommendation for dealing with blemishes like cystic acne.
“Sometimes, if I have a big cyst, I’ll use this benzoyl peroxide from Avene,” she said.
On retinol nights, she simply follows up with a moisturizer.
To give her skin some recovery time, she makes sure not to skimp out on the toner.
DOUBLE CLEANSING
Tiffany said that she takes part in a popular skincare trend called “double cleansing.”
The method is popular in Korean beauty routines and promises a flawless visage over time.
First, she starts with an oil-based cleanser to begin the regimen.
She then follows up with a gentle cleanser or an acne-fighting cleanser depending on how her complexion is doing.
Tiffany urged skincare fans to double cleanse every night to achieve the best results.
CROWD REACTION
Several TikTokers weighed in on the detailed skincare routine in the comment section.
Besides several people telling the 31-year-old she looks more like 21, many more had something to say.
“Love this line up,” one wrote.
Tiffany also specified that her look may be due in part to genetics.
“Yes it’s mostly genetics,” she added. “But I do think skincare plays a part, too.”
