SHOPPERS are sprinting to Aldi, eager to check out the new festival buys that have hit the middle aisle.
So if you’re going to Glastonbury festival at the end of the month, you’ll need to check this out.

Festival fans will know that camping can actually work out to be quite expensive – especially for first timers.
After all, you’ll need a tent, a sleeping bag, a chair and more.
But luckily for you, Aldi has got everything you’ll need for this summer’s festivals – and don’t worry, you don’t need to break the bank thanks to these cheap buys.
One festival lover took to social media to show off the new Aldi items, leaving many open-mouthed.
Thrilled with her finds, Hels advised shoppers to “run to Aldi”, as she posted her clip with the caption ‘Festival Season is here.’
Hels then showed off the new Specialbuys, as she first spotted a small trolley for just £9.99.
The Aldi lover then said: “These small festival trolleys are perfect for carrying the heavy items – I usually stock up on beers and carry them into the festival with that.”
Not only this, but Hels was equally as impressed with the camping cooksets and the mess tins and cutlery sets, which are also £9.99 each.
As well as this, Hels spotted a range of handy lights, which start at £7.99, as she added: “One thing I never have enough of in camping is a light – I bought this festival light and they also had torches and little solar lamps if you wanted to connect them to your tent or your gazebo.”
If that wasn’t enough, there’s also a pop up tent, which according to Hels, is “perfect” for just one or two people.
Not only this, but it’s only £17.99, so according to Hels, is “really affordable”.
If you need a sleeping bag, Aldi has you covered, as they’re selling ultra light sleeping bags for just £19.99.
And for just £16.99, Aldi are also selling a Queen airbed, which comes with its own built-in pump.

Hels was also impressed when she spotted mini festival stools for just £3.99, as she beamed: “What a bargain!”
And if you’re a newbie to festivals, Hels recommended a £3.49 buy, as she explained: “Bungee cords will be your best friend – they help strap everything onto trolleys or to your rucksack.”
In addition to this, she also swore by a £1.99 set, as she continued: “You definitely need travel bottles – not only great for holiday but also festivals if you just want to decant some of your stuff.”

When's the best time to shop at Aldi?
WHEN it comes to shopping at Aldi, the best time to do so depends on what you want to buy.
For reduced items – when shops open
Red sticker items are rare at Aldi’s 830 UK stores, but the supermarket says that none of its food goes to waste so there are some to be found – if you’re quick.
A spokesman for the supermarket said: “All items are reduced to 50 per cent of the recommend sales price before stores open on their best before or use by dates.”
That means you have the best chance of finding reduced food items if you go into stores as soon as it opens.
Opening times vary by shop but a majority open from 7am or 8am. You can find your nearest store’s times by using the supermarket’s online shop finder tool.
For Specialbuys – Thursdays and Sundays
Specialbuys are Aldi’s weekly collection of items that it doesn’t normally sell, which can range from pizza ovens to power tools.
New stock comes into stores every Thursday and Sunday, so naturally, these are the best days to visit for the best one-off special deals.
For an even better chance of bagging the best items, head there for your local store’s opening time.
You don’t have to head into stores to bag a Specialbuy, though.
They also go on sale online, usually at midnight on Thursday and Sunday, and you can pre-order them up to a week in advance.
As long as you spend at least £25, you’ll get the items delivered for free.
Remember: once they’re gone, they’re gone, so if there’s something you really want, visit as early as possible
Meanwhile, other shoppers tagged their friends and loved ones to alert them to the cheap buys.
One user mentioned a TikTok user and asked: “Wanna take a trip?”
A second alerted a festival fan and beamed: “Get us to Aldi.”
Whilst someone else tagged a loved one and shared: “Let’s get that tent, proper bargain.”
