AS most of us want to grow old gracefully, it’s no wonder that women will try almost every anti-ageing hack out
One woman claims to have found the secret to youthful skin, with a bizarre product from M&S that costs her just 90p.

If you weren’t already curious, you won’t find this fountain of youth in the beauty section either.
Rather than gatekeeping it though, content creator Kavita decided to share her unusual beauty routine on TikTok.
According to the wellness influencer, her glowing skin doesn’t come from her foundation, an anti-ageing cream or even a retinol.
Instead, she swears by chicken bone broth. (Yes, you read that right)
Showing the M&S packets on screen, the beauty expert told her fans: “If you want to up your collagen game but you don’t have time to make your own bone broth or it is just too much effort, you need to get these bags from M&S.”
Continuing, she gushed: “You can add it to your ramen, your soups, your gravy…it’s so good and so delicious.”
While it might sound too good to be true, chowing down on this M&S food might help you stay looking younger for longer.
This is because the meaty treaty is naturally high in collagen, which helps to improve skin health, appearance and even its elasticity.
Unlike traditional stock cubes, bone broths are also a natural source of vitamins and minerals.
This includes calcium, magnesium and silicon, all of which have been found to improve overall health as well.
Even better, you won’t have to spend a small fortune to reap the potential benefits for your skin.
Before you race off to the M&S food hall to stock up, it’s worth noting that you can find the bone broth in-store and online for just £4.50
According to Kavita, you can make as to 2l of broth per packet, which is enough for 2 cups per day and will help to give your skin a glow-up.
Alternatively, you can add the pre-potion rounds to savoury dishes to help boost your complexion with minimal effort.

As there are roughly five rounds per packet, this anti-ageing tip will cost you just 90p per use and we reckon this is definitely money well spent.
The content creator even revealed how she prepares this skin supplement in the comments, with her usually enjoying the broth neat.
Instead of adding it to her cooking, the influencer will just simmer one of the discs in roughly 350ml of water.
Keeping it on low heat until the round has dissolved, she will then allow the mix to cool before drinking it.
With this skin tip costing less than our favourite moisturiser, we are more than a little tempted to try this out for ourselves.

How to slow aging and prevent wrinkles

- Not wearing SPF every day: Sun-damage can cause premature skin ageing, so if you want to keep your skin looking youthful, factor 50 is essenital.
- Not getting your five-a-day: We are all guilty of this but by skipping fruit and veg, you are missing essential vitamins and minerals which help to restore the skin.
- Using expired products: Best case, they don’t deliver the results they promise, worst case they cause irritation and infection. Always check the ‘POA’ symbol on the packaging for dates.
- Not washing your face before bed: Any skincare applied on top of unwashed skin isn’t going to be as effective. Plus, not removing helps to age your skin due to the results spots and blocked pores.
- Not drinking enough water: You may already have wrinkles, but they will always appear worse when you are dehydrated. You need to down at least 2 litre / 8 cups a day to help keep your skin supple.
